Court of Oryx Counts for Tiger Mask Part of Quest
If you guys were wondering, the Court of Oryx counts toward your Public Events for the Tiger Mask part of one of the Festival of Lights quests. So instead of waiting around for a PE that may or may not spawn, do the CoO which is more reliable.
