A good Fireteam leader will have completed the Kings Fall raid on normal and hard mode and have a full understanding of the raid mechanics by playing each role and having experience. A great Fireteam leader can be patient and smart enough to turn raid sheep i.e. inexperienced players into raid wolves. I challenge Fireteam leaders to be great and become true legends.
