There should be 3 consumables for each element that drop and is almost an exotic drop rate that allows to add an element depending on which one you got, infusing it into your weapon would be costly such as an exotic shard 2500 glimmer 15 weapon parts and 10 ledgendary marks

Ive only been lucky enough to get about two of them but thats in total both armor and weapon, it should be a little more rare then that
