Elemental primaries are the standard: a reward for the endgame content. Those who disagree are butthurt non-raiders and/or PvP trash players who don't even play the actual game.

Y1 trials of osiris gave PvP players elemental primaries. Granted, you had to go flawless, but still.

Which they didn't even need. HoW was a complete disaster. Nothing good came of that "dlc".

The HoW era weapon perks are more useful than the TTK era perks. Most of the TTK perks are arguably situational. Celestial nighthawk is my favorite hunter exotic, and it came from HoW.

PoE weapons were a joke. Trials was a lag fest, filled with cheaters. There was no endgame content.
