Bought the skull from squid face and have since tried to re-roll for some more preferred upgrades with the glass needles (another unnecessary economy item btw). This only seems to be changing the stats Int/Dis/Str and is not re-rolling the upgrades. I wasted 9 before I realised (tired, my fault). The info pane that appears when you twist fate also covers the upgrade tree so you can't see what's there or if any change is taking place during the process. The Skull is also the only Exotic I've come across that isn't in the Year 2 Armoury either. Could something be amiss with this piece of armour Bungie?
