I recently renewed my Xbox Live membership to play some Destiny. Previously, I had purchased EXPANSION I for £20 and the EXPANSION PASS for £35 (As I was unaware about the Expansion Pass at the time of purchasing Expansion I). I have The Dark Below and House of Wolves, but, and I'm sure a lot of other players feel the same, I can't access content within the game that I previously had access to. The only way to retrieve that content is to purchase The Taken King. To my surprise, it's £40.
So far, I've spent £30 for the game, £20 for expansion 1 and £35 for the expansion pass. That's £85, and I don't feel like paying an extra £40 for content I should already have access to, as I previously had before; content which was advertised and that I paid for. I understand you have your reasons, however I would like some help on this. At the very least, I feel like I deserve a refund for Expansion I or a £20 discount on TTK Digital / Collectors Edition Digital, and I will leave it at that. I don't see how this is unreasonable, as at the time of purchasing Expansion I, the availability of the Expansion Pass was not made clear to me.
Do Bungie representatives reply to topics on this forum? If so, I would appreciate some advice on this matter.
Thank you.

The year one content is still available without the Taken King. For instance, with Dark Below, you are still able to play Crota's End. With House of Wolves, you are still able to play Prison of Elders. If you are experiencing issues with that content, ensure your Xbox Live Gold / PS+ subscription is up to date, and restore your licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181

Bump. I don't like playing an empty shell of a game. What is the point of The Dark Below and House of Wolves if I cannot do anything with them?
