Ummmm i did the touch of malic quest and i haven't gotten it yet or if there is another step haven't gotten that either so what do i do?

Some of the steps are activated by finding calcified fragments. So if you hit a dead end, go find more calcified fragments and see if that helps. I think the tiers for reactivating the quest are 15 : 30 : 45. Hope this helps
