Destiny 2 will receive an update tomorrow. Players will be required to log in to Destiny 2 again after installing the update. Please stay tuned to @BungieHelp for updates.
Here's the truth... your not going to drop your year 1 things. Sorry it's the truth you know it and I know it. Not without making the guns stupidly overpowered. So if they continued bring year one things why make year two weapons and armor? Most of you berate bungie for being "lazy" by reskinning things bringing year 1 weapons over is the same thing only worse. Has far as "validating" your "grind" goes simple. Did you have fun? If yes consider it 100% valid. Did you make new friends during year one? If yes consider it 100% valid. Did you make memorable experiences? If yes consider it 100% valid. Did you enjoy those weapons for around a year? If yes consider it 100% valid. If you seriously need the weapon to "validate" your year one then congrats you follow the same broken logic of "I need a reward for helping people" or "my ego needs to validated by making people feel inferior." Or "I only do something if it helps me." Basically selfish logic that you can't do things for the sake of (in the case of a game) having fun and Making new friends. Your (probably) the type of douchebag that expects your every action to benefit you and only you.. now don't get me wrong I'm not stating this is you. I'm stating it's of the same logic has people like that..
