Yes if you didn't do normal that week. However, it will act like an 'extra' drop giving u both normal and hard loot. *Same as all other Hard modes.

Edited by tribbles93: 10/23/2015 11:54:01 PMlowest on Hm is 310 i beleive got a new pair of gloves at 310 which i had to sigh about already having 310 gloves Edit- You can also pull from the normal loot table if you've not ran the raid on normal yet so in that case you can still get 300-310 non harrowed stuff but the harrowed stuff is all 310-320
