Not sure. The ship in the kiosk says heroic version for the ship. But it could drop on hard.

Prior to the release of Kings Fall Luke Smith was quoted saying there will be more to the raid than just a hard mode and since items can reach 330 there is the possibility that there will be another re worked raid coming out.
