I raided the hard mode today like a million people to and we made it until oryx. We were 6 people, 4x 309 1x 310 and me 311 on oryx and it was a pain in the ass, it lagged crazy so we stopped. In my opinion the hard raid really isnt hard at all, i mean warpriest went down in nearly 1 aura phase and golgoroth still is viable with the 1 orb tactic. The daughters are just a bit more stressfull. The only thing i think i will require is 311 before oryx. All the adds werd orange for all others than me and they did 25% less damage than me. Its hard on oryx with 310 or less but its doable, for my part i wont require people to be 315+. ToM is a must for me, i mean if you want to do hard raid -blam!-ing finish this easy as -blam!- quest on normal raid for this easymode weapon on the daughters and oryx himself. 310 malice is ok we were able to stagger him with 5 of those and 1 raid scout on 310.
