Suros minimalist shader and Suros Fire Emblem are part of the suros weapons pack that we all got as a pre order bonus (also included in the collector's edition upgrade), I don't think they're veteran's tour. I have them both.
The sparrow...you didn't name it so I have no idea what you're talking about.

The rest of the Veteran items are the shader called ¨The Old Guard¨, the emblem called ¨Be Brave¨, and the ghost shell called ¨Be Brave¨. You had to have had your character(s) at lvl 30 or above and have the Dark Below and House of Wolves DLCs before Taken King came out. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13559
