Can not equip "Blacksmith" shader
Switched over from Xbox 360 to Xbox One and can no longer equip my "Blacksmith" shader. The shader is still in my hunter's inventory, and unfortunately does not appear in the shader kiosk.
Help?

It is console locked. Can only use it on the console you redeemed it
