I'm one of those Titans you mentioned that adapted and overcame our disadvantages in crucible. I averaged a 1.5 k/d before TTK released. At first I loved having a strong new subclass for one reason. To show all those elitist Bladedancers, Gunslingers, and Sunsingers what it's like to play with a disadvantage. Of course, many of them never learned to adapt and overcome like I did, and simply cry nerf. (Not everyone, I know, but there are a lot of crybabies out there who lost their ability to win without the strongest subclass)
Now that a month has gone by, I agree with you. People accuse Titans as being skill-less and relying on their new "crutch" subclass. I don't need salty guardians telling me that I have no real skill because I use Sunbreaker. I kicked their ass as a Striker and Defender, and now I kick their ass as Sunbreaker. If nerfing the subclass is what it takes to be respected again, so be it.

I'll admit, at first, I was one of those that cried "nerf" on the introduction of the Sunbreaker. But after playing PvP and learning to counter them, the only problem I've ever had with Sunbreakers is the Cauterize perk (I have a Titan, had one since before TTK and loved being a Striker, Cauterize is very powerful) but I've learned to counter. Smart players learn to counter. Hope the impending nerf doesn't kill Sunbreakers for good, they are a good challenge.
