1: Bungie hates and fears free speech and their moderators are no better than North Korean censors.
2: Bungie lacks the faith in its product to stand by it in the face of criticism and trolls.

Freedom of speech = freedom to say whatever you want. You can do that here. Being held [i]responsible[/i] for what you say is not limiting freedom of speech. You still got to say it. You just... Shouldn't have :)
