Does it matter? Whether I'm used to it or not, is it somehow wrong to strive for the most professional communication possible? This may be an informal forum, but that's no reason to communicate poorly.

I'm just saying not using big words isn't poor communication it's so people don't have to be confused and be like "What did she just say?" Not to be rude or anything but talking like that makes me and other people feel like you're talking down to us like we're on the bottom class and you're on an upper class "better than everyone" you could use big words less so it doesn't seem like you're smarter than everyone as people call "know it all" I had a great education I have wonderful grammar so I was able to understand your concept.
