It's come to my attention, by my boyfriend, that some chick is saying the blowing kiss emote is sexist... And that men can some how sexually harras women online now....
Okay ... Let me get my laughs out first.
Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
Okay I'm good.
I'm a female
And I have the blowing kiss emote to tease the guys who make a stink about me being a girl. I think it's funny. Nor would I feel harrased if some dude kept throwing that emote at me. The sheer thought that this would create MORE sexism is just ludacris. I get harrased more on COD than Destiny and when I do get "sexualized" in any manner on Destiney 9 times out of 10 it's some immature little kid thinking he's being funny and other players tell him to get wrecked. That's it. We put him in his place with a sarcastic demeaning responce and it ends it. I also play better than them too ;P but that's not the point.
Anyways... Not to get off topic but we have a lot more pressing matters to tend to about sexism than -blam!-in emotes. And quite honestly complaining about something so minniscule is making the female population look like a bunch of whiners. You don't hear men bitching about male characters looking overly ripped. It's hot. And so it half naked chicks.
I highly doubt Destiny sat in their meeting room and was like... "Hmm how can we make females feel targeted? Oh I know! Blowing a kiss. Yup. That'll get them." Come on. Have a sense of humor.
Okay rant done.

If you think you're getting "harassed" online you're a dumbass plain and simple. People that attempt to "harass" , are most likely those little ass white kids that wear under armour long sleeves with vans shorts and listen to breaking Benjamin and linkin park and probably have the ESPN app still bookmarked on their daddy's otterbox covered iPhone 4s while they yell on the mic because they can't get a raid team to carry them through oryx while they cover they're controllers with dorito grease.
