This used to be a big post, but I'll just cut to the chase. I think that Quiver should work like how the Taken Hobgoblins Orb projectiles work. Shoot 3 arrows from 1 bow like an unrealistic archer badass. Would make the experience of using the super consistent no matter what perk. Could possibly be compared to shatter for Nova Bomb.
