Actually the book of sorrows or whatever the Grimoire from the calcified fragments has a card where the hive blame the traveler for starting the wave. Something about the traveler was helping align the planets for the wave to commence. And don't be so hurt that your theory doesn't make sense, poking holes in it isn't very childish.

  • Nothing proves the Traveler did it. In fact, the Hive were corrupts by Worms. Worms want to eat the Traveler. Worms unite with the Hive the same way parasites will do. Therefore, it may be possible that the Hive/Aurash observations can be biaised, due to the corruption. It can be a possibility.

  • I never said the traveler actually did it. Just that the hive believe so. Also it was suspicious that the traveler kinda lined up with the planets forming the syzygyzy so there's that
