I'm only getting 290s, which sucks. I'm sure once I hit 300+ my tune will change but a bunch of duplicate 290 exotics just means I have wasted my time and got Exotic shards.

Don't decrypt them. I saved a bunch of exotic engrams for when I hit 300. Gave me several 310's out of the deal.
