I'm glad it was scrapped because I would never play the game enthusiastically with this type of story. I admit I am really into sci fi and since babylon 5 or the extended unverse of e. g. Roddenberry's Star Trek or the Star Wars franchise too many authors wrotethe exact same story a thousand times. Atthis point it is a relief for me that they scrapped the old idea of destiny. But what is your point than if you'd have liked it if they'dkept it?
