And yet we are aggressors in every single fight we've had so far. Hive I get, but everyone else...hmmm.
For example: why hasn't the Tower or City been hit? The Cabal could surely have enough firepower to run us down. Same could be said for the Vex. We invaded the Vault of Glass. We invaded the Black Garden. We landed on Mars and started killing Cabal. We are sent to assassinate, invade, destroy and kill. We shed blood first. Look at every time Zavala talks to ys in TTK: "wipe them out," "kill them all." Destroy everything.
Point in fact, from what I can see, nobody was truly bothering us outside of the Hive. Oryx came for us because we killed Crota. We are only told that the Fallen, Cabal and Vex are evil, yet not once from what I've seen have they harassed us until we started killing them.
Is the Traveler evil? Yes. It's a mad world so to speak and everyone is evil in one way or another. Are we less evil? Maybe. We are evil nevertheless.

The Fallen have damn near wiped us out. Mara Sov, bless her, saved us. The Cabal have pushed us off of Mars and are ravaging our technologies, firing on anyone, including us, if they get close. The Hive? They killed hundreds, if not thousands of guardians, reaping sorrow, suffering, and corruption. The Vex have sought only to terminate us and wipe us from existence. It is part of their pattern. We do not fit it, so we must be cut away.

You've forgotten that the game starts with the Fallen hunting you. The Fallen have attacked the city in the past. They've occupied the zones around the walls. The Fallen are openly hostile to Guardians and teh City and have been since long before any events of the game. The Cabal may not actually be an enemy, but they occupied a former human world and set up a blockade to keep humans from getting in. That's why the Dead Orbit fleet can't go to Mars. The Vex haven't directly attacked the City, but they've taken and transformed several human worlds, including Venus, Mars and Mercury. On Venus the Vex apparently killed the human population. It's possible (and even suggested) that the reason there is only one human city left is because of Vex time manipulation. The Hive invaded and took the Moon from Humanity, long before the events of the game. During the events of the game our Ghost says that we "awoke the Hive", but this isn't true at all. The hIve had already begun a covert invasion of Earth in search of Rasputin.

The tower and city have been hit many, many times by the Fallen. Twilight Gap, the Battle of Six Fronts, etc. the Hive drove us off of the Moon. The Vex attacked us when we were exploring our own civilization's ruins in Venus. Yes, we infiltrate the Cabal base on Mars. But it's to attack the Black Garden - a place that the Stranger, the Awoken, and the Cabal themselves want eliminated.

Fallen just want to be with The Traveler again. Vex just want to make sure they'll win in every encounter. Cabal are really unknown...just conquering for lolz? The Hive believe in an extreme survival of the fittest and see The Traveler was messing up the balance.

Yeah nothing evil about the fallen, not like they were pulling huge numbers of humans out of stasis pods at the Cosmo and sacrificing them to Sepiks Prime...

It depends on your point of view. They're doing that because they think we stole their Great Machine. I'm not saying what they're doing is ok, but it's understandable why.

The Fallen yearn to wipe us out. They believe we stole their Traveler. The Battle of Six Fronts and Battle of Twilight Gap are both proof of their throat for our destruction. The Vex see us as merely an annoyance. They wish to become masters of the universe by writing themselves into reality. The Light and the Dark are the only things standing in their way. The Cabal want to turn our little corner of the galaxy into part of their empire it seems. There is some master plan that they're hiding and preparing for. Morale, however is very low. They're also massive dicks

About the vex. You wrote they want to write themselves into reality. What I assume is they exist parallel to time itself. Could that mean they never discovered the technology of time travel but had it from the very beginning? Why else would an entire race feel the need to write themselves into reality?
