Bump. It's shocking how Bungie doesn't understand the economy of their own game. I think that most of the people making and implementing these changes (like reducing weapon parts and strange coin drops), do not actually play Destiny for any appreciable amount of time.
Stop reducing things that don't need reduction Bungie!

Agreed. This move to reduce weapon parts smacks of someone who really doesn't understand how their own game is actually being played.

I love how they claim they play "a lot". Really? You play a lot of Destiny... If you've played upwards of 1000 hrs that isn't testing but actually playing the game you made, you would know what we are talking about when we complain about half this stuff...

Yeah, I'm betting that the majority of Bungie employees have less than 500 hours playtime. I believe Luke Smith probably plays a lot, but he isn't exactly in charge of patch changes, and is only one person, so he can't overrule everyone. Nor is he a metric of how often Bungie employees play Destiny.

Edited by Impurity41: 10/22/2015 3:24:31 AMYknow what's funny? Bungie said they gave the twilight garrison to Titans because they were the slowest class. "The slowest class" They don't play their game do they?

Twilight garrison?

New Titan exotic chestplate that allows the Titan to evade twice in the air. Almost like a burst in 2 different directions. Really cool exotic. Only around 10 people have it because it has a broken drop rate right now. It's not supposed to be available right now, hence the broken drop rate

Oh. Srsly titans slow? Thats why you can change your perks around to have agility all the way up but whatevs. I usually bump up recovery and armor as high as possible. I tank everything.

They understand very well. None of it is done for any other reason but to have us grind forever. This one could also be being used to get year one weapons out of the crucible. I don't think that would have a chance of happening but it is a thought.
