This is not a good enough reason to reduce the number of parts we get. It's like reducing worldwide food production because a few have too much food, while some are starving. Stupid.

This is not a matter of [i]if[/i] adjustments are in order, it is a matter of [b]adjustments are needed[/b]. No one thought they had too many parts and wanted to have less.

Edit: We're trending, gw people. Keep up the bumping. Make your own post on the issue. Whatever we have to do to make sure that every time a Bungie employee checks the forums, the first thing they lay their eyes on is a "weapons parts issue" post.

When rerolling was a thing I never dipped below 500 parts and now that it's gone I never go below 1000 parts. If rerolling was still a thing then I'd say we need more weapon parts in the system.

1 ReplyI thought I had too many before TTK. With the meta being only a few weapons, parts accumulated fast. Then after TTK I could trade them into the factions. So I did. Now it's a bitch to get back. I keep running out trying out so many new weapons since there clearly isn't one meta.

Given up on having duplicates of guns on separate characters because I don't have the parts to upgrade them.

Lost TTK Weapon parts: 10-40 on average Armor parts: 1000 and counting

They give us more stuff to buy, but reduce the ways we pay for it. I used alot buying telemetries. Didn't realize how many I was burning through. Now all my guns have all the xp they need, but I can't upgrade them....back to grinding strikes and patrols for junk

Yea... the struggle is real. That's the one resource/material I won't turn in for rep, yet I've got like 20-30 total weapon parts between all 3 of my characters.

I think I might have 10 parts. It is the usual bungie crap.

I started the Taken King with over 500. I have <10 now. The weapon parts economy is pretty bad. They should let us buy weapon parts for glimmer.
