This is not a good enough reason to reduce the number of parts we get. It's like reducing worldwide food production because a few have too much food, while some are starving. Stupid.

This is not a matter of [i]if[/i] adjustments are in order, it is a matter of [b]adjustments are needed[/b]. No one thought they had too many parts and wanted to have less.

Edit: We're trending, gw people. Keep up the bumping. Make your own post on the issue. Whatever we have to do to make sure that every time a Bungie employee checks the forums, the first thing they lay their eyes on is a "weapons parts issue" post.

I never was short of parts for weapons or armour but now, a year on having dragged 3 characters through both The Dark Below and House of Wolves, I am starting to struggle. Just waiting for Tess to sell a consumable that increases the amount of weapon parts or armour parts you get for a day or two.

Bump.....3 characters under 50 weapon parts BUT over 3500 helium/relic iron/spin metal/spirit bloom........come on Bungie at least let us trade our garbage for SOMETHING!

Since I tend to play all 3 characters and upgrade all of their weapons so I run out of parts a lot. I did 7 trikes in a row last night, I got just enough weapons to upgrade a weapon once.

It was a move that does nothing to the Haves and punishes the Have-nots. It was an entirely unnecessary, punitive change that was ill-considered and drained a good amount of good will Bungie had accumulated with all the positive changes of 2.0 and TTK. I have no idea what they were thinking.

I didn't know it was an issue that needed to be addressed. Sometimes they tinker with the strangest things, and leave other key issues alone.

I have so many guns I wish I could infuse, but I simply can't. How is it that I have about 400 armor parts and 8 weapon parts? I can't upgrade any exotic guns.

It's is crazy... I was struggling with this... I did learn that if you go do court of Oryx for 20-30 min you can get 20 to 30 weapon parts from all the engrams. It's not convenient... But it gets me what I need.
