Mostly right, but you're wrong about the Vex, they're true neutral, servants of time, not evil at all, no motivation against darkness or light or even against biological life, only against threats to Time, such as The Taken King, and arrogant beings who invade Time's Conflux, like Guardians or The Fallen.
