So you want Bungie to let us ascend gear, communicate with us (instead of just making a post on how they're informing the higher ups, and give us the world we were all hoping for *-* a mmo rpg open world with no invisible walls, with depth and substance, with lore that is not hidden in riddles in grimoire cards, with maybe even some connection to your guardians??
Yeh, that's what the productive feedbackers (not Nerf crybabies) like you and I, and many others ask for constantly, to be ignored... But the counterproductive nerf cry babies get recognized constantly while we stay ignored. Scroll back in time and look @ EVERY post I have ever made (minus the ones raging on nerf cry babies) and see the thoughtful amazing feedback which has been ignored.
BTW, an evolving world cost money...

True, but if we threaten Activision's investment then they will do what they can to protect it. That means doing what is needed to make good on what the community wants to see in the game to encourage more sales and restore the trust that has been lost. Call of Duty is going down in flames, so that makes Destiny the publisher's new flag ship title. They'll wanna do everything in their power to keep it floating.

yeh, getting the whole community on the same page could be challenging I got a lot of shit from people when I was making threads 9 months ago telling people not to pre order until we know exactly what we are purchasing

The whole Pre-Order economy that we've created around games is the diving force behind these broken husks of games we've been getting. We are our own worst enemies on this front. I was so excited about a new Bungie project I got on the hype train and was promptly delivered to disappointment station.

Agreed, but I'm far from giving up
