Damn son
You're complaining about waiting a week for a exotic.
I watched my rng legendaries turn into rares.
I waited a year to get a gun that was exclusive to my platform.
I still don't have Monte Carlo.
Trust me.
By comparison, you HAVE to see why I can't even fathom this.
Besides, this isn't a local shooter RPG.
Waiting for items to come to you isn't anything new. It's done by major games.

I've gotten like 5 or 6 Monte Carlos since TTK. It's annoying tbh.

Monte Carlo is so good man, its like a laser beam, and it gives you infinite melee punches/Throwing Knives/Shotgun strikes (titan/hunter/warlock respectively)

Many MMO'S and other multiplayer games. WoW does it for sure, with gear that needs to be crafted or items for gear that you need to hold on to for a future item. Many rpgs with crafting systems put them behind a timer despite completing everything you need. One shooter I think does this is TF2, with their own crafting system. Warframe also does this, but that entire game is behind timers. It's also free, but I don't see how that translates to getting gear.
