Wondering if there is a way to re-obtain the quest again? Chose the same sword twice and thought if I dismantle it, it will give me a chance to choose another one but it didn't work. Yes my mistake I know.

Same. Just figured out i have 2 void edge swords and im really upset with bungie that there isnt a safety for this kind of issue. Im not deleting my character just to get an exotic. Ive had it since launch. Hopefully they will address this soon.

Yeah man I do too! They should have done it like when we got POE exotics from Variks. Let us choose in the end which one we want to have.

Probably not, without creating another character. Otherwise people could farm exotic shards by doing the quest, dismantling the sword, then doing the quest again.
