Yea stop it!
Let's go back to everyone praying to RNGEESUS for 6 months to get that exotic everyone demands you have to join their fire team, or the one that is boss in crucible!
Because it was so much better when people claimed they deserved and earned theirs just because they got lucky earlier.
Screw this guaranteed way to get the exotics after just a few weeks by actually having to do something other than cross your fingers.

Funny thing about this, even with it being sarcasm - there is not, nor will there be, any one certain weapon that's required for any activity. All that's needed for KF right now is a good pulse/scout rifle, sniper, and MG. Touch of malice is a luxury, but darn sure not required and I'm confident they'll tune hard mode to work just the same way.. where there's a wide array of options that can get the job done. Black spindle - again a luxury. Plenty of other snipers in the game that'll complete the tasks just fine. sleeper stimulant - certainly doesn't excel at DPSing so it isn't gonna be this. If anyone at any point requires a specific weapon instead of a loose set of requirements (like pulse rifle with a decent range or any scout rifle) - then they shouldn't even be in a raid group in the first place.

Hopefully not anymore there won't be but year 1 was a different matter. Gjallarhorn was THE must have, and soo many people waited months to get it through RNG.

So the only way to develop a game involves the player dealing with either: A) bullshit rng B) obvious attempts at artificial elongation ??? Only two options??? Lol.
