All you scrubs who don't have ToM, Spindle, Simulant or NTTE yet...
That's cool. Neither do I.
One thing I've noticed about these forums is they actually seem to make me want to play Destiny less rather than more. And the reason is all the elitist BS that gets spread about like gospel. The moment a new weapon turns up it becomes a "raid requirement" and people who have it begin shaming those who don't.
Don't buy into the hype that all these exclusive, difficult, time-gated special weapons are must have's in order to play the game. I'm having a great deal of fun with Taken King, slowly soloing my way through the Taken War quests, collecting Fragments when I feel like it to eventually work towards Malice, and if Paradox or First Firewall crops up next time I happen to have a day off work I might give it a try. Or I might just go patrol the Moon and punch some Dregs in the face.
I'll eventually get around to King's Fall when I run out of fun, soloable content. That's just how I play. My PvP K/D is also a godlike 0.86. I'm a total scrub and I love it.
Embrace the scrub. Live the scrub. Be the scrub.
