Today I just purchased a new Xbox One (1TB) as well as the Digital Collector's Edition of the game through the new Xbox One console. I'm unable to launch destiny, when I do it gives me the error code 0x87de07d1. It's also asking that I insert the disc or purchase the game. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with Xbox support who was unable to solve the issue. Prior to today, I was using a first gen Xbox One (500GB) along with a hard copy of the original Destiny on a physical disc and had also purchased the two DLCs. Prior to the TTK launch I purchased the Digital Collectors Edition of Destiny and have never had an issue until today. My goal is to keep the new 1TB Xbox one in a home and use a digital copy of the game without a disc and to use the old (500GB) Xbox One in another home and use the physical disc. (Or never use a disc again.) It appears to be a license issue, but I can't confirm this. Any suggestions on why a new xbox one cannot play a purchased digital game would be appreciated.
Added: I tried deleting and reloading as well as resetting the xbox to factory settings. Finally resolved the issue with the help of xbox support. I re-purchased the game and they gave me a credit. Apparently it was a licensing issue.
