I didn't get the cult ghost until today, how long do I have to wait

You don't, it's just the quest wasn't available till today. So players are frustrated that Bungie let them think these things could be discovered, when they were just turned on after an arbitrary time.

I mean wasn't I suppose to get a quest from fwc after turning in ghost or something?
