I don't think many of you understand. The "well it's RNG, deal with it or stop playing" brigade. You people are utter morons, a significant part of weekly events have literally no point to them. The XP/Rep buff is gone and the drops are still shit. The nightfall is 90% a complete waste of time. Yet this is ok to you?
Edit: People still don't get it, you can just BUY three of coins. Why perform a weekly activity when it's going to give you easily obtained consumables? What is the point in making it a nightfall at all when you get better gear from just doing heroic strikes. Consumables shouldn't be in the loot table, neither should strange coins unless it's going to be a lot.

2 RepliesAgreed across the board. 3oc = more hours grinding. Soooo u do this activity, then your reward is go do a few more hours of activities for a smaller chance at rewards... Dumb. Strange coins? Who needs strange coins? I get plenty of strange coins from blue weapons engrams since they nerfed weapon parts for no -blam!-ing reason. I get motes and sc about half the time from weapon engrams now instead of weapons to break down. I'd much rather get 20 weapon parts rather than 10 3oc. Waaaay more useful. They f'd up. Nf = waste of time. It no longer matters.
