Yes we grabbed every orb in order of each platform that correspond to the relic.

Ah I thought maybe someone jumped onto their platform out of order which would cause certain orbs not to show up and would cause you to not be able to grab the relic. But since you say that's not the case, that just seems weird and I don't know what's going on.
