As many of you posted and replied, each part of the quest lingers in limbo until you collect enough fragments for the next quest. Most of you, like myself got stuck after handing in the materials for the frame. For myself and many others, The Hunger Pangs quest was not popping when 30 fragments were collected. After reading all of the forums with no help from anyone other than unfruitful suggestions, I started trying things no one else suggested. I collected all of my abandoned quests and started doing those, unknowingly starting the original quest-line over again. When that didn't work I tried something else... When I turned in the materials that would lead to starting The Hunger Pangs... I already had over 30 fragments. The next step should start at 30 fragments, but since I had more than that already...no luck. The next step pops when you hit 45, so I collected more. When I got #45 (for me it was in the Sunless Cell Heroic Strike given for exotic sword quest) and returned to the tower, Eris gave me the quest I should have gotten at 30. I don't know if it was that specific fragment, or the fact that I collected 45. I do know it had nothing to do with the strike since this was the second time I completed it. I hope this helps anyone stuck where I was. P.S. WHEN SOMEONE NEEDS HELP AND ASKS A QUESTION...ANSWER THE QUESTION OR MOVE ON. TOO MANY OF THESE FORUM POSTS START WITH A CRY FOR HELP, ONLY TO BE FILLED WITH IDIOTS ASKING FOR HELP WITH THE ASSOCIATED QUEST OR THE NEXT STEP. IF YOU CAN'T HELP SOMEONE WITH THE STEP THEY ARE STUCK ON, THAN STEP OFF (pun intended).
