Ever heard of wizard could be a gender-neutral term and even then I don't see a problem the game and the game developers and the grimiore call them wizards look up what a wizard means and tell me the outcome because I found the wizard is a gender-neutral term

By that logic so is witch. BOTH are magic users and both are gender neutral terms. They both do the same thing in Fantasy type lore. The only difference in fantasy type lore is... what? Gender. That's the only difference. If you want you can just start calling them Casters and be done with it.
