Which is the harder raid relic to use?

There is more to the vault of glass relic. The sword is just to hit crota or the gatekeepers, and the kings fall one is just running a path. VoG relic is a shield, the way to take down the Templars shield, and used to cleanse people inside of the portals. It has a bigger learning curve.
