I've been waiting for the hype to die down, and the newness to wear off to see a reliable review of the worth of this DLC, so people who have gotten and played enough of this dlc, what do you think?
Are the light level changes a good thing? What are your opinions on how the new subclasses changed the game? Is the pve part of this dlc worth the cost? Anything else you want to mention?

Edited by WhoAteMyFunDip: 10/19/2015 5:58:26 PMIf you want to keep playing Destiny, it's an absolute must have. In my opinion, there is no reason whatsoever to play a game like Destiny if you're not going to grow with the game. Now, the good and the bad... THE GOOD: TTK does a lot right and fixes a number of issues with the game. You now have context for what you're doing and why you're doing it. Infusion allows you to customize your character way better than anything in year one. And, there's a lot to do, however... THE BAD: The lots to do feels shallow. A lot of TTK requires grinding and re-grinding and sitting around waiting. But TTK's biggest problem is that it's essentially a failure as an expansion. Let me explain that. An expansion is supposed to expand on a game, not replace it and that's exactly what TTK did to destiny: it replaced it. TTK, on its own, does NOT have enough content to sustain this game. Year one playable content needs year two difficulty tiers. I like TTK, I'm glad I bought TTK and recommend TTK to any Destiny fan, however, you'll be bored to death with it in a month.
