During iron banner, the sidearm dropped for me after i hit rank three. It single handedly made me go sidearm thtough most of my matches to rank 5. So fun to use! By the end of rank 5 i had the sidearm and the cloak drop and i bought the boots and the pulse rifle.

Well, congrats! I got the boots to drop for me at 287 instead of buying them at 280. Ended up getting the sidearm by ranking him up. That's the first time I've ever participated in the Iron Banner tbh. I didn't play before because of how broken the crucible was in the first place.

A congrats is in order for you too. My sidearm dropped at 288 and i had to buy the boots. I did iron banner occasionally thrift of year one. I'd say about 6 events. I like it if only for collecting the loot.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna participate more. The rewards are actually really nice. I wanted that Hunter cloak! I did get my bond, though, which is cool. Whatever he sells always looks so awesome.
