It's not about being a senior and STILL being grounded. It's about having retarded power hungry control freak parents who don't allow you to make your own decisions and don't respect the decisions you do make until you are out of the house. I was out if high-school, and had my Internet privileges taken from me, as well as my cell phone taken from me (they also went into my bank account, took my money, and cancelled the phone service (I also paid the bill, it was just under step mothers name)) for using the phone past 10pm (she told me not to, because control)
So it's not about being some snobby kid, it's more like fuq current generations shit parents / step parents who think they can run your life and male it miserable the entire time anyways. Because control. It's their house, so suck a dick and live by their rules or else you don't get to be happy.

Whatever you're paying for your parents shouldn't take away. But if you're in their house it's their rules. I don't know why kids think they're entitled to anything when you contribute nothing. Pay rent. Then You get a voting option.

I totally agree. Except I had a job, paid rent, paid for my cell phone bill. Even bought my own groceries. Did my own dishes. Me living there was all they had on me. I paid for everything. Stole my money. Cancelled my cell phone with it. Never visiting them again basically.

Then I agree with you. If your making all the contributions and paying for your own phone/whatever then you're in the right. They just screwed you. Sorry to hear that.

Luckily, this was years ago. I am on my own now and life is peachy, but I totally understand kids with fuq hole parents that aren't the least bit lenient or even cool for that matter. I know people with legit parents who are there for them. I was essentially on my own straight out of high school. It sucks major balls to be a lone wolf your whole pre adult life leading into adult life. I had to teach myself everything. It's great now, except I don't have any sort of connection or relationship with either parents. I get jealous seeing someone who has a relationship with their father / mother. Something I could never have. I Cri everytime
