Here's my advice
Is all that drama and aggravation really worth it? You are just making life hard for yourself and your mom unhappy. Your mom cares about you and the reason she doesn't want you to spend your life on video games is because it's a waste of time at your age. When you have a solid job with a good income then your free time is your free time, you can play as much as you want.
At your age it's important to study for the time being then get the rewards later. Work hard now enjoy it later. That was my motto when i was younger. If you continue just playing destiny instead of studying then it will impact you in the future.
My advice would be to give it up with the games. Its not your main priority at the moment. Everyone needs their "relaxing time" but waking up at 2 am so you can play it before school is stupid man. You will probably not be getting enough sleep so you won't function properly at work.
If you only have a couple more years at school then there will be plenty of time for video games in the future. Don't forget destiny has a 10 year plan, so you have at least 8 more years that destiny will be around. You got plenty of time.
Just because you are not playing destiny don't feel like you are missing out on anything. This game has a buisness model of "get to max level" new DLC comes out "all your old stuff is useless now go get to the new max level" it's just rinse and repeat. Plenty of time for that when you've done your exams
Hope that helped, that my advice bro.
