If you live under someone else's roof, you live by their rules.
If you don't like it, get your own place. If you can't, tough. Learn to deal with it.
By the looks of your post, your grades aren't as decent as you say.

Haha i say decent grades which are A's, B's, & C's, it has nothing to do with them, & what do u think ive been doin, it is tough luck, but i have been going by their rules
-
You're going to keep living by their rules. Until you pay your way fully (and I mean fully, none of this dig nonsense) or get your own place that's how it is in life. When you have you're own place and take on a lodger of any kind you'll understand a bit better.

Thats what I've been planning on & I get ur perspective, but do u think its fair?
-
Yes it's fair because it's her rules. If you were paying your way in the house (ie:paying for food, rent etc), doing your own washing, cleaning etc then no it wouldn't be fair. The cost of living is high and cleaning up after more than one person is a lot of work every single day. To ask someone to at least respect the rules you put down in exchange for that benefit is not a lot to ask.

What if i help her with half of those chores?
-
It's half in your mind. It's nowhere near half in reality. I think if you offered to do what is the real half of the work required around the house your mother would fall over laughing.
