Sled Storm for PS1, best snowmobile game ever. You could hit bunnies for extra points.

Oh my god! Someone else who knows of this game! Man I loved sled storm absolute Gem of a game. [spoiler]me and my mate used to run over the rabbits for points and try to hit that damn fox/wolf that howls on top of a small mountain lol.[/spoiler]

It was a pretty good game. Although to be fair, it was fairly bare bones.
