Why Dark-Drinker is the best sword for PvE
Everyone who thinks Dark-Drinker is bad has obviously never played an MMO before. Reason why it's the best sword for PvE is because it can wipe out a group of adds in no time at all. And if you have played MMO's you'd know that doing AOE is better than damaging a single target. I have found Dark-Drinker as a very useful way to kill groups of dregs, acolytes, and it can still one hit majors. Not to mention I have a video on my Youtube channel of killing the Darkblade with a Dark-Drinker and a Raze-Lighter in 20 seconds. Trust me when I say Dark-Drinker is worth the grind.

Agreed. It amazing. On the black spindle mission, with 2 of those bad boys we cleared out the first 2 rooms with about 8:20 to fight the boss .

Agreed I have bolt caster and am working on dark drinker with max kills and 5/10 materials

I'll definitely have Raze Lighter and Bolt Caster on Wednesday, and I'm going to try to get Dark Drinker to the same step

They all have uses Raze lighter - yellows with shields Bolt caster - shit up high Dark drinker - trash in groups

I like it all but depend what kind of enemies that I am facing.

1 ReplyAll 3 are amazing for PvE. Raze lighter is the best for single targets but lacks against anything else. Drinker is good for single targets and tight groups but not as good as lighter for single. You can mow down groups of elites with it which is really awesome. Bolt is just stupid fun. Lightning frisbees are one of the most satisfying ways of killing groups of enemies in this game.

Each sword has their advantages and disadvantages. If you have a large group of small adds, yes dark drinker is the best. If you have one large enemy that you can't get close to, it's bolt casters time to shine. If you have one tanky enemy that you can get close to, rip them a new one with raze lighter

Use the RT attack on a sunbreaker in pvp. Results are funny

Agreed. Plus if you want a distance attack just do the glitch when you have 1 heavy round left for bolt caster special :)
