More character customization in general. I want to change my hair. Some people want neck-beards.
We want to change our characters appearance Bungie, without starting over! (Some of us have been playing with our character since launch you know)

For real. My brother plays the game and he made his character hideous. He won't even take off his helmet in the tower. My guy (IMO) looks awesome. Black hair which goes down to his neck (scary looking) and a scar above his eye.
