Yeah, figured it out. Read a thread and saw someone say to check and make sure the character running the quest has all 45. Sure enough my son had played on my Warlock and picked one up. So I only had 44 on my hunter. Reran through the fragments and picked up 45 and Eris gave me the last part of the quest. Got my touch of malice today. Hope this helps someone. Please share to others with the same problem.
