Why punish the classy titans and noble warlocks for something the scummy hunters did?

Because Titans had hammer glitch and warlocks could glitch Atheon and gatekeeper off map. Why not ban everyone.

Because neither impacted pvp. The glitch hunters are currently doing impacts pvp. And since this entire forum seems to love pvp, hunters need to be banned!

No. It didn't because you had to stand still and have some measure of hand eye coordination unlike the scummy hunters who can just press start to refill their super bar.

If you really can't hit triggers and bumpers and aim and walk at the same time then You yourself should be banned. It did affect pvp, it affected the game regardless it was pve or pvp, it's not really enjoyable seeing people glitch. It's pointless to the game, all three classes have had their glitch so just deal with it.
