With all the Sunbreaker haters out there, I wanna see what Titan mains have to say about their subclass.

Edit: 50+ replies, keep 'em coming! The majority of you call for a slight armor nerf so more snipers and a GG shot can one shot it, which is pretty resonable.
Edit 2: 100+ replies, let's keep going! Again, a lot of you call for the armor nerf, but I see some movement nerfs or Cauterize nerfs in there as well.
Edit 3: Over 650 replies, holy crap. Again, as usual, armor nerfs take prevalence over all other suggestions. And to all not Titan mains, please revite accurately as to not screw with the poll. I seriously doubt less than 20% of voters are not Titan mains.

But seriously, I'm glad to see so many people in this usually salty as -blam!- community being so positive and having polite debates. Shows we have hope for a few more years.

Armor takes prevalance yet again, but some more movement speed during super nerfs have popped up here and there. Keep commenting guys!

I would reduce the armour a little maybe 5% so it's on par with blade dancer, and I would maybe lower the blast radius because that's a thing I see people complaining a lot about

Does anyone here realize that the reason why gg can't one shot kill us in HoS is because we have gear that gives us more Def from solar attacks and while using solar subclass? Plus that extra armor while in the super helps too, and we have the most health and Def from all 3 classes, and we only have a bit health left after gg shot.

Bring damage resistance down, enough to for a gg shot to kill. Enough for a high impact sniper to kill on headshot. That's all it needs.

I main a defender, but for crucible it is tempting to switch. Atm you can just run straight into enemy fire throwing hammers blindly in the direction radar tells you to and get double and triples you didn't even see.(I know Ive done this). My solution is to make the total health 75% of what it is now OR disable double jump and sprint. I feel that this is the counterpart to blade-dancer but gets range and splash damage so it should have to compromise somehow .

There shouldn't be any change in Pve but a very small armor decrease in pvp.

The only thing I think would be justifiable is a small damage reduction nerf to HoS' s damage. I think it should be direct contact only to OHK. The only reason people think they are such tanks is because a lot of people including myself spec the entire subclass for defense.

Why don't they just slow down the movement speed and make it so he can't use his jet pack jump while super is activated?!

I think its fine as is but if anything will be done it will probably be a lowering of damage reduction.

Bring the armor in line with Bladedancer and the blast radius of the hammers down a bit and it would be perfect

Ok so I think that the armour is fine but the GG should definitely one shot. I think that cauterise needs to be disabled for hammers. This would allow them to be killed with teamwork much more easily and you could wear them down.

Give a shoulder Charge option.

It amuses me that people sit here and claim they can't one shot a Sunbreaker with GG or a high impact sniper. I use a max armor/recovery set up and constantly get shut down mid-super by both. I assume I either took a small amount of damage, or was hut by GG rapidly. The issue is ultimately the damage resistance needs to be slightly nerfed to where a high impact snipers to the head and GG a one shot. Though, I've countless times, without a super, killed a Sunbreaker mid-super. So I think it's a small problem but certain folk are just being dramatic.

Remove health regen so we can keep the armor.

They should make it so you can either get the big damage buff or health regeneration on a kill. They shouldn't have both also hammers should do damage to the user. I'm not saying enough to kill them but like a quarter of their health

Yes it needs a SMALL armor nerf nothing else I main a titan and I know it needs a armor nerf no dmg no splash dmg nerf just armor [spoiler]drops mic[/spoiler]

The defense on the super is too high. Every super should be able to cancel the other class super. That is definitely not the case with sunbreakers

Nova bomb you get one. Gg you get three,ss you get two depending. So limit the amount of hammers to two or three. Also as above mention none of them get an any extra regen or armor. So either give it to other class supers or take away from titan. Also titans should be hurt by their own splash damage

Titan main here, and honestly the subclass revolves around the super. Sunbreaker is pretty much dealing massive damage and taking massive damage. If you look at the other passive perks. Nothing seems to stand out. [b]However[/b], IMO I don't think any super should survive a GG shot or high impact sniper shot. So, to satisfy hunters and some warlocks tweak the armor. [spoiler]Bungie usually goes overboard with nerfs for some reason.[/spoiler]
