With all the Sunbreaker haters out there, I wanna see what Titan mains have to say about their subclass.

Edit: 50+ replies, keep 'em coming! The majority of you call for a slight armor nerf so more snipers and a GG shot can one shot it, which is pretty resonable.
Edit 2: 100+ replies, let's keep going! Again, a lot of you call for the armor nerf, but I see some movement nerfs or Cauterize nerfs in there as well.
Edit 3: Over 650 replies, holy crap. Again, as usual, armor nerfs take prevalence over all other suggestions. And to all not Titan mains, please revite accurately as to not screw with the poll. I seriously doubt less than 20% of voters are not Titan mains.

But seriously, I'm glad to see so many people in this usually salty as -blam!- community being so positive and having polite debates. Shows we have hope for a few more years.

Armor takes prevalance yet again, but some more movement speed during super nerfs have popped up here and there. Keep commenting guys!

Hunter here; I love HoS, it just needs slightly less armor and make the health regeneration not instant.

As long as the changes are for pvp only in fine with it. In pve they are perfect.

All that needs to happen is a small health nerf and maybe a lil off the hammer detonation proc.

1 to 2 less hammers and slower health regen on kill with Hammers and thats about it. Let them keep their high armor. As long as they arent just about invincible while in super it would still be strong but not overwhelming for all other classes imo.

Edited by Simmons the Red: 10/18/2015 2:21:42 AMAs someone who mains a Titan, I'll be fine with a PVP nerf as long as PVE is untouched. On a random note, PVE melee strength should be increased and just dependent on the actual strength state. PVP and PVE need their own individual balancing.

A simple armor nerf is all. That way it's easy enough to kill in crucible and it's still pretty good in pve. I think that's fair even though I rarely run it in pvp.

A small reduction in the super shield they gain. Also, some splash damage for those close throws, cause if you get the kill, your health can regen anyway.

PvE is fine. Golden gun and sniper headshot should instakill Timer(amount of hammers) is fine considering every class has one sub that allows for a very long super and spread out kills. Before TTK it was only Bladedancer. I still prefer striker over sunbreaker in the Crucible.

I'm no titan but I would say they need a little armor nerf at least. The whole super is quite overpowering. I'm not a fan of supers though. I use them for bounties, that's about it. I like fps so I like to use guns. The HoS is ridiculous in its power. But its not anymore ridiculous than the titan smash killing people 40 feet in the air 2 rooms away lol

Sun breakers feels good, I think they should buff other classes though. Or have a mode with no supers or abilities just shooting ?

I main a Titan and I have to admit it is over powered they can nerf this by reducing the amount of health you have in your super and take out a hammer from the duration

Hammer of sol is too strong Needs to be able to die from shotgun/melee combo, sniper headshot, single gg hit. 1 to 2 less hammers as well Increase hammer damage to compensate in pve -a Titan main with an unbiased opinion
